Organisation settings holds the organisation’s own settings, which only the administrator changes, and every member’s personal settings, described under Your account.

The card with your organisation’s name holds its Name, its logo, its Default language and whether voice input in the browser may be used.

These rules decide when an answer goes to an expert before a technician sees it. All are on by default:

Rule Fires when
Safety-critical knowledge The question concerns a safety-critical machine, component or item, and the cited knowledge is not all approved.
Conflicting instructions A cited item has an open contradiction.
Missing safety documentation Safety-relevant knowledge is not backed by an approved document.
Unknown machine modifications The installed asset has recorded modifications.
Uncertain serial or revision context No machine is set and the evidence spans several models.
Technician flags a recommendation as unsafe A previous answer in the conversation was rated unsafe.

Two settings decide which knowledge the AI Service Engineer may cite, by status: one for all questions and a stricter one for safety-critical questions. By default, everything except rejected, obsolete and superseded knowledge may be cited.

When documents disagree, Source authority decides which ranks higher, by source type and verification status. Without rules, approved sources rank above confirmed, unverified and disputed ones. Contradictions suggest the side from the higher-ranked source.

Pilot baseline records how service worked before ServLore: minutes to find an answer, escalations per month, cases per technician, a target and the question the pilot should answer. The pilot report compares the real figures with it.

Subscription shows your plan, its status and how much of it is in use: seats, machine models, sources and storage. Request a change asks the ServLore team for another plan.
