Roles and permissions
Every member of an organisation has exactly one role. An organisation administrator sets it when inviting the person and can change it at any time under Users and roles.
The roles
Section titled “The roles”| Role | Made for |
|---|---|
| Organisation administrator | The person responsible for ServLore in the company: members, settings, subscription and everything the other roles do. |
| Knowledge manager | Owns the knowledge base: uploads sources, keeps the machine catalogue, resolves readiness findings and contradictions, approves knowledge officially. |
| Service manager | Leads the service team: follows cases, escalations and analytics, keeps installed assets and customers up to date. |
| Expert / verifier | An experienced engineer who confirms knowledge, answers escalations and capture questions. |
| Field technician | Works on site: asks the assistant, identifies machines, works and closes service cases. |
| Technical support | Helps customers remotely: like a technician, and also keeps installed assets and customers up to date. |
| Read only | Reads everything and asks the assistant, changes nothing. |
| External service partner | A service company working for you: reads and asks, limited to the machine models and customers you choose. |
