  1. Setting up ServLore takes a few minutes, and it starts with your own account.
  2. Enter your name, your work e-mail address and a password, and accept the terms.
  3. ServLore sends a link to confirm the address.
  4. Open the link from the message, and the address is confirmed.
  5. Then create the organisation: the workspace that keeps your company's knowledge apart from everyone else's.
  6. Choose its default language, confirm where the company is based, and create it.
  7. The getting started list leads you through what comes next: machine models, documents, readiness, approval and your team.

An organisation is the workspace that holds your company’s service knowledge: its machines, documents, knowledge, cases and people. It is isolated from every other organisation. Whoever creates it becomes its first organisation administrator.

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose Create account.
  2. Enter your Full name, your work Email, a Password of at least ten characters and your Language. Accept the terms and choose Create account.
  3. ServLore sends a message to confirm the address. Open the link in it; the page says Your e-mail address is confirmed. Choose Continue.
  4. Under Create your organisation, enter the company Name. The URL name fills in by itself; it appears in every address of your workspace.
  5. Choose the Default language of the organisation and confirm the statement about where the company is based.
  6. Choose Create. Your dashboard opens with the Getting started list.

The dashboard leads administrators and knowledge managers through the first steps until each is done:
