An installed asset is one machine at a customer: a serial number with its model, revision, customer, site, configuration and history. Assets are what makes an answer fit the exact machine in front of the technician.

Customers lists your customers with their customer number. Choose one to see its Sites, with addresses and notes. New customer and New site add them; customers also come in with an import of assets or cases.

  1. Open Installed assets. Find a machine by its serial number, by Scan nameplate, or filter by model, customer and status.
  2. Open it. Asset data holds its model, revision, customer, site, dates and notes, and its Configuration as key and value pairs, such as the medium it pumps.
  3. Service history shows everything that happened to it on one timeline: installation, modifications, replaced components, notes, service cases and service bulletins.
  4. Choose Add entry to record a modification, a replaced component or a note, with its date.
  5. Ask about this asset opens the AI Service Engineer with this machine already set.
  • Modifications matter: answers about a machine with recorded modifications go to an expert first, when the safety rule for unknown modifications is on.
  • Active service bulletins lists the bulletins in force for this machine.
  • New asset registers a single machine; Import your data brings in many.
