- Your own settings are in the account menu, and under organisation settings.
- Choose your language in the account menu. ServLore speaks seventeen languages.
- The whole interface switches at once.
- Your profile holds your name, your photo and your preferred language.
- Choose which notifications you receive.
- Changing your password signs you out on every other device.
Your personal settings are in two places: the account menu behind your picture at the top right, and the personal cards under Organisation settings.
The account menu
Section titled “The account menu”It shows your name and role and holds your Language. ServLore speaks 17 languages; the interface switches at once, and the AI Service Engineer answers in the language you choose. The menu also leads to Support, Help, About ServLore and the legal notices, and holds Sign out.
Under organisation settings
Section titled “Under organisation settings”| Card | What you set |

| Your profile | Your photo, your full name and your preferred language |
| Password | A new password of at least ten characters. Changing it signs you out on every other device. |
| Notifications | Which notifications you receive, such as escalations waiting for you, answers to your expert requests, capture requests and new service bulletins |
| Delete my account | Deletes your account after you confirm with your password |
