- Search finds everything at once: documents, knowledge, service cases, machines and parts.
- Passages show the matching sentences in your documents, and open on their page.
- Service cases and knowledge items with the same code are listed alongside.
- Search knows your terminology: the abbreviation GLRD finds the mechanical seal.
Search finds everything at once: sentences in your documents, knowledge items, service cases, machine models, components, spare parts, installed assets and documents.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- Type into the search box at the top of every page, for example an error code, a part number, a serial number or a few words, and press Enter.
- Passages shows the matching sentences of your documents. Page opens the page with the sentence marked.
- Service cases lists matching cases; a case number such as #45 finds that case.
- On the right, Knowledge, Machine models, Components, Spare parts, Installed assets and Documents list the other matches.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Search knows your terminology: an abbreviation finds the term it stands for.
