  1. Your ratings keep the knowledge honest.
  2. Below every answer you can rate it: helpful, incorrect, outdated, wrong machine, unsafe, or missing information.
  3. If something is wrong, say what in one sentence.
  4. Ratings like incorrect, outdated or unsafe open a knowledge incident, so the knowledge team finds and fixes the cause.
  5. Helpful answers count too: they show which knowledge works in the field.

Every answer of the AI Service Engineer can be rated. Ratings tell the knowledge team which knowledge works in the field and which needs fixing.

  1. Below the answer, choose a rating: Helpful, Incorrect, Outdated, Wrong machine, Unsafe or Missing information.
  2. For anything but helpful, describe in one sentence what was wrong and choose Send.
  3. Incorrect, outdated, wrong-machine and unsafe ratings open a knowledge incident; the answer shows Routed to knowledge review.

The knowledge team traces the incident to the item or document the answer cited, corrects or withdraws it, and closes the incident. An unsafe rating is treated as a safety incident and also makes later answers in the same conversation go to an expert first.
